Small Business Boot Camp

The Small Business Boot Camp is an essential first step for a budding entrepreneur. If you are thinking of starting a business, in the process of writing a business plan, securing financing or in need of a refresher, this is the seminar for you!

During this ½ day seminar, participants will discuss practical steps to take in establishing a successful foundation to grow your business. From the business plan to securing financing, topics covered include general business matters, cash flow statements, P&L, financial ratios, marketing and management plans.

This seminar is mandatory for 1st time SBDC clients.
