TSBDC services are provided to residents of the City of Kingsport and the Counties of Hawkins, Hancock, and Grainger from this location. An additional counseling location used by TSBDC staff is located at the Rogersville/Hawkins County Chamber of Commerce offices. Appointments for Rogersville are scheduled through the HBDC.
